Job Description

• Manage performance of hub leads and area fleet leads under the assigned region, ensuring each hub is on track with agreed standards
• Ensure procedures and regulations are enforced across assigned hubs
• Resolve disputes within and outside the team, lead team briefing, hold weekly staff meetings, and regular performance reviews
• Continuously improve key performance indicators (KPIs) of staff on productivity, quality, service level, and stakeholder satisfaction
• Improve internal processes between the hub and the rest of the Operations team to enhance SLA
• Implement new processes
• Lead a team that grows effectively and efficiently
• Work effectively cross‑functionally
• Conduct capacity planning

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in related fields
