Job Description
Meondo Holdings (Pty) Ltd is looking for a motivated and experienced Cleaning & Trolley Manager to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily cleaning and trolley operations.
- Supervise and support site employees.
- Conduct site inspections and quality audits.
- Ensure health and safety compliance.
- Manage staff attendance, timesheets, and performance.
- Liaise professionally with clients and management.
- Resolve operational issues promptly.
Minimum Requirements
- Previous cleaning or facilities management experience.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Valid driver's licence will be an advantage.
- Computer literacy (Microsoft Office).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to travel between sites.
