Key Responsibilities
- Day‑to‑day management of inbound/outbound operations with a focus on delivering Amazon orders directly to customers.
- Lead a team of Process Assistants and Delivery‑Service Providers, managing meetings, training sessions, job duties and communication with DSPs and drivers.
- Ensure a safe workplace, properly trained people and address needs to maintain focus on work.
- Lead change quickly and adopt innovation practices that keep us a global leader.
