Position Summary
ReportingĀ toĀ theĀ RegionalĀ Manager,Ā theĀ AreaĀ ManagerĀ isĀ responsibleĀ forĀ theĀ managementĀ ofĀ daily operations, maintenance, and administration of assigned location(s). The Area Manager will be responsible for the supervision of building managers, maintenance staff, cleaners, landscapers and office personnel; ensuring day-to-day operations are on schedule and within prescribed budgets.Ā AĀ fundamentalĀ requirementĀ ofĀ theĀ positionĀ isĀ toĀ manageĀ anĀ annualĀ operatingĀ andĀ capital budget while maintaining a high level of resident satisfaction, in accordance with policies and guidelines.
