The Opportunity
We are looking for an Area Maintenance Manager to lead a team of skilled day‑shift and rotating technicians supporting the reactive and planned maintenance needs of a production area within our facility.
What You Will Do
- Ensure a safe work environment by maintaining equipment in optimal condition and adhering to safety standards.
- Implement the maintenance strategy, monitor KPIs, and complete corrective and preventive actions to achieve short‑ and medium‑term objectives.
- Lead and develop a multidisciplinary maintenance team to increase equipment durability and address obsolescence challenges.
- Enhance process reliability by implementing and ensuring the effectiveness of maintenance plans.
