JD:-
Role - Regional managers will be responsible for leading a team of -10 FLS (Area Managers) who will be responsible to create a team of Partner offices (HNI accounts) with a minimum business commitment of 30L. Partner offices can solicit business through a team of advisors or Agency Partners
Profile
??At least 5 years of proven success in field sales in a team handing role, preferably in the life insurance sector
??Prior experience in Variable Agency sales is a plus
??Experience in acquiring & handling large accounts in insurance/BFS|/FMCG/FMCD etc, is a plus
??Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with HNIs
??Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to close and overcome objections
