Job Description
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage architectural, structural, and M&E (Mechanical & Electrical) drawings to resolve clashes and discrepancies before and during construction
- Review, verify, and coordinate subcontractor shop drawings and material samples for technical compliance and approval
- Produce additional sketches and detail drawings to clarify design intent or resolve on-site construction issues
- Ensure all architectural works are executed according to project schedule, specifications, and quality standards
- Supervise and coordinate subcontractors on-site to ensure correct work sequencing, accurate dimensions, alignment, and setting‑out levels
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, workmanship quality, and adherence to safety protocols
