Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of detailed drawings and specifications for architectural projects
- Collaborate with architects, engineers and contractors to ensure designs are feasible
- Conduct site visits to gather necessary information for project development
- Utilize computer-aided design software to create 2D and 3D models of proposed designs
- Prepare cost estimates and assist in project budget management
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on project progress
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations and zoning laws
