An established architectural practice is seeking an Architectural Technician to join its growing team and oversee a diverse range of residential projects.
The practice specialises in the residential sector, delivering everything from bespoke luxury homes to large-scale housing developments in collaboration with some of the region's leading housebuilders. This role offers excellent project variety and the opportunity to work on both high-end individual properties and major development schemes.
The Role
The successful candidate will become part of a busy and collaborative team, using their residential sector experience and strong AutoCAD skills to produce detailed building regulations packages for a range of residential developments.
The role will involve close coordination with external consultants, clients, and local authorities to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and in line with current regulations.
