Job Summary
The Architectural Supervisor is responsible for supervising and coordinating all architectural works on site to ensure that they are carried out according to approved drawings, project specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, and the project schedule. The role involves working closely with consultants, subcontractors, and the project team to ensure smooth project execution and timely completion.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and monitor all architectural works on site, including finishes, fit‑out works, doors, windows, ceilings, flooring, painting, waterproofing, and other related works.
- Ensure all architectural works comply with approved drawings, specifications, authorities' requirements, and company quality standards.
