Job Description
Responsibilities
- Able to co-ordinate and execute the operational work schedules and implementation of the Architectural work trade on site with sub-contractors, clients and Consultants to achieve target set.
- Liaise with the sub-contractors to ensure smooth progression and timely completion of quality works in accordance to schedule and all required regulations
- Site coordination and monitoring architectural work progress
- Able to prepare shop drawing for construction & As-built plan for submission
- Possess recognized Nitec in Building (Architectural) / Diploma in Architecture from local polytechnic or recognized institution.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in construction industry.
- Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Initiative, willingness to learn and able to multi-task.
