Interpret, explain, and implement architectural blueprints, structural drawings, and technical specifications accurately on-site. Site Supervision & Management:
Manage day-to-day operations, including scheduling, worker deployment, and coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants. Quality Control (QA/QC):
Inspect work in progress, verify materials, and ensure all construction meets safety regulations (e.g., WSH Act) and design standards. Progress Tracking & Reporting:
Monitor project timelines and budgets, identifying potential delays or issues to resolve them proactively. Documentation:
Maintain detailed records, including daily site reports, material management, and project variations. Coordination:
Liaise with architects, project managers, and clients to align construction with design intent. Ad-hoc Duties:
