Job Description
* Lead architectural design coordination for large-scale renovation, restoration, and hospitality projects. * Review and coordinate architectural drawings, specifications, and technical submittals. * Ensure design intent is maintained throughout all project phases from concept through construction. * Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including structural, MEP, interior design, and contractors. * Manage design development, material selection, shop drawing reviews, and architectural approvals. * Conduct site inspections to ensure construction quality and compliance with approved designs and specifications. * Identify design conflicts and propose practical technical solutions. * Participate in project planning, scheduling, and progress monitoring. * Liaise with clients, consultants, authorities, and stakeholders to secure required approvals. * Review change requests, variations, and value engineering proposals. * Ensure compliance with applicable building codes,safety standards,acce...
