The ideal candidate should have 4–5 years of experience in the real estate or construction industry and possess strong drafting, detailing, and quantity estimation skills. The candidate must have practical experience in preparing architectural drawings and a sound understanding of BMC approval drawings, regulations, and submission requirements.
