Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Analyze designs and prepare preliminary sketches based on detailed instructions
- Develop detailed architectural documentation using Revit, primarily for residential projects
- Coordinate and oversee engineering documents, energy assessments, and utility applications to support project approvals and delivery
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high accuracy and meeting deadlines
- Ensure compliance with design and quality standards throughout all stages of documentation
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of experience using Revit in an architectural setting
- Experience working on residential projects
- Strong understanding of architectural drafting and documentation processes
