Job Description
Tekance LLP is seeking an experienced Architectural BIM Modeler to join our team in the Greater Kolkata Area. This is a full-time, on-site position offering the opportunity to work on international BIM projects across residential, commercial, industrial, and mixed-use developments.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Architectural BIM models using Autodesk Revit.
- Produce construction documentation, detailed drawings, and BIM deliverables.
- Coordinate with Structural, MEP, and Facade disciplines to ensure model accuracy.
