Job Description
JOW Architects is looking for full-time Architectural Assistant to join our team in Singapore.
A passionate and motivated individual with a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to excellence. The candidate should possess good interpersonal skills and able to work independently
Job Responsibilities
Assist and support the team in both Architectural and Interior projects
Design development throughout all stages from Concept design to Detail design
Project management and coordination till the completion of projects.
Productions of 2D/ 3D drawings and Detail Construction drawings, including Tender Document & Drawings.
Prepare Meeting minutes and document information logically.
To coordinate and speak to various consultants and vendors for the projects.
Able to handle and manage time scheduling of 2-3 house projects at different stages concurrently.
To represent the Company to attend Design coordination and Technical meetings at site
