Experience & Qualifications
- Experience: 3 to 8 years in architectural design + execution, preferably in luxury residential / mixed-use real estate developments.
- Good exposure to luxury finishes, high quality detailing, high-rise residential or villa projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture (B.Arch.), Master’s is a plus.
- Proficiency in design & technical tools: AutoCAD, Revit / BIM, 3D visualization software, rendering tools.
- Strong understanding of applicable building codes, local municipal regulations (Thane / Mumbai region), approvals and NOCs (e.g. MCGM, RERA).
- Knowledge of sustainable design practices / green building rating systems is desirable.
