Job category: ArchitectJob type: PermanentLocation: StellenboschStart date: ASAP Key Responsibilities to include: Lead and contribute to mixed-use and commercial projects from initiation to finalization. Produce accurate Revit drawings based on client briefs. Assist with graphic design for project presentations. Support 3 D visualizations (beneficial skill, not a key responsibility). Prepare and coordinate council submission documents (SDPs and Building Plans). Generate and coordinate working drawings with other disciplines. Attend site meetings and proactively address project delays. Conduct independent site inspections and monitor construction progress. Provide effective leadership to motivate and guide project teams. Willingness to travel as required. Minimum Criteria and Requirements of Applicants: Master's in Architecture (M. Arch/B. Arch). Minimum 5 years’ post-graduate experience.
