We are seeking a creative and technically skilled Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, planning, and overseeing building projects from the initial design phase through to construction completion. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, ensuring that all designs are functional, sustainable, compliant with building regulations, and delivered within budget and timeline constraints. Key Responsibilities Project Consultation: Meet with clients to discuss their vision, project requirements, objectives, and budget. Design & Development: Create conceptual designs, detailed drawings, and 3D models using CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit). Feasibility & Planning: Conduct feasibility studies and prepare planning applications to ensure designs comply with local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
