Position Overview
We are looking for a project manager / OAA Architect, at $80-95k/yr, with experience in residential wood frame construction in Ontario. They will manage multiple small-scale multi-unit residential projects and coordinate a staff of juniors and co-ops. The role is immediately available as a permanent position.

Craig Race Architecture Inc. is a sole proprietorship focused on sustainable, custom residential architecture. Our work is adventurous and contemporary in style. We specialize in unique urban infill projects, including laneway houses, custom homes, multiplexes, and small midrise apartment buildings. The practice is located in downtown Toronto, with projects across southern Ontario.
Qualifications
- Licensed OAA Architect
- Minimum 5 years experience managing small to medium scale residential projects in Ontario
- AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Suite, Microsoft Office Suite
