Translate commercial and marketing requirements into scalable, compliant, and reusable technical solutions across enterprise marketing and digital ecosystems. Develop standardised templates, modular components, metadata frameworks, and shared taxonomies to ensure consistency across global markets.
Establish architectural guardrails that enable scalable campaign execution, marketing automation, and emerging AI-driven capabilities while maintaining governance and interoperability standards.
Design and oversee integrations across a complex MarTech and content ecosystem, including connections between CRM and content management platforms, web and digital asset systems, workflow and approval tools (including compliance-driven review processes), and enterprise data platforms such as data warehouses, customer data platforms, and consent management solutions.
