Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly experienced Architect to lead the architectural design, planning, and coordination of building project, Infrastructure, Academic campus, medical college campus and hotel projects. The ideal candidate will oversee all stages of design development, ensure project compliance with regulatory standards, and collaborate with project and site teams to achieve timely and quality execution.
Key Responsibilities:
· Lead architectural design from concept to completion for preparation of GFC drawing.
- Prepare and review detailed architectural drawings, working drawings, and BOQs.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, engineers, and site teams to ensure design intent is maintained during execution.
