The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing project quotations using KLAES & IMOS, engaging with clients to understand their requirements, and creating 3D models and renderings to bring design concepts to life. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, creativity, and strong communication skills to ensure high-quality architectural solutions that meet client expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage project cost estimates using KLAES & IMOS, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in pricing.
- Communicate with clients to understand their requirements, provide professional guidance, and incorporate feedback into design solutions.
