Prepares and produces basic complexity design presentation materials, using approved methods and standards. Coordinates building design formulation and development of construction contract documents with architectural and engineering staff. Collects background information and documentation including “as ‐ built” data and field survey work, as necessary. Researches construction materials, technologies and methodologies as directed. Performs other duties as required.
