Job Description
Dicetek LLC is seeking a Level 1 Technical Support Specialist to assist with laptop configuration, delivery, and post-implementation support for applications such as Outlook and Teams. The role includes setting up meeting rooms from scratch and providing support for audio‑visual devices.
The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of relevant experience, a relevant certification, and foundational knowledge of desktop/laptop troubleshooting, Bloomberg application, and AV equipment.
