Job Description
Teleperformance in Malaysia is looking for a Customer Success Specialist (CSS) to manage customer inquiries and provide support through phone and email. As the face of the brand, the CSS must demonstrate professional customer engagement, maintaining a positive attitude and empathy at all times.
The role requires a Bachelorβs degree or Diploma, B2 level English proficiency, and ideally, some customer support experience. Technical skills in Microsoft Office and a typing speed of 40wpm are necessary as well.
