Job Description
AccorHotel is seeking a Sous Chef in Ras al-Khaimah to create menus and standard recipes for the colleagues cafe, supervise staff, and ensure production of high quality dishes while upholding hygiene and safety.
You will assist in food preparation, help design and test menus, manage inventory, and maintain a clean, efficient kitchen. The role requires teamwork, strong time management, and the ability to work under pressure to deliver consistent plates.
