Robert Half Contracts Finance and Accounting division is seeking an AR Specialist to join a fast-growing company who is looking for an AR Specialist to join their team long-term! The job duties would include:
+ Process daily cash, check, ACH, and credit card deposits.
+ Apply customer payments accurately to outstanding invoices.
+ Monitor customer accounts and aging reports.
+ Contact customers regarding past-due balances and resolve payment issues professionally.
+ Submit invoices and supporting documentation to customers.
+ Respond to customer billing inquiries via phone and email.
+ Maintain accurate customer account information.
+ Process credit card transactions and customer payments.
+ Prepare deposits and reconcile payment activity.
