Job Responsibilities
The person shall be responsible for the daily processing and reconciliation of payments received from customers via online banking resources into the ERP system of the supported Regal Rexnord business units. They must ensure appropriate classification of charge‑back, discount, write‑off, adjustments, miscellaneous checks, etc., are keyed in accordingly. Additional duties include check banking, debit/credit note processing, offsetting and netting application, month‑end reporting (Intercompany SOA, Intercompany confirmation, AR aging, bank reconciliation of receipts clearing, and collection reports), and customer service activities such as coordinating and communicating with client business units or offshore counterpart teams regarding payment application delays or discrepancies found.
