Key Responsibilities

• Review and process incoming payments.
• Allocate payments to the correct customer accounts, invoices, or transactions.
• Perform daily bank reconciliations.
• Monitor unapplied and unidentified payments.
• Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate financial and transaction records.
• Coordinate with internal teams regarding payment issues.
• Prepare banking and allocation reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and financial procedures.
• Assist in month-end closing activities and audits.
