Overview

The Supervisor is responsible for the quality and delivery of the Shendy's/Making Waves program and for ensuring team alignment with Company Core Values. This role requires strong leadership, active listening, collaboration, and excellent verbal and written communication skills. Supervisors lead by training, supporting, mentoring, and motivating both aquatic and administrative staff while fostering a positive and high-performing team environment.
