POSITION 2: Apprenticeship Program Manager

- Designs and launches apprenticeship program structure combining on-the-job employment with related instruction
- Manages registered apprenticeship administration and compliance
- Onboards and manages relationships with participating rural healthcare employers
- Ensures apprenticeships are net new and aligned to documented workforce shortage roles
- Tracks 5-year service commitments and develops enforcement mechanisms
- Coordinates with other Mountain State Care Force initiatives for referral pathway integration
- Develops the Apprenticeship Replication Playbook (required deliverable)
- Minimum 5 years in apprenticeship program administration, workforce development, or healthcare workforce pipeline management
- Experience with US DOL registered apprenticeship programs preferred
