**Apprenticeship Coach – Engineering Operative (Maintainer)**
**About the Role**
We are looking for an experienced engineering professional to join Pearson TQ as an **Apprenticeship Coach – Engineering Operative (Maintainer)** .
In this role, you’ll support and develop apprentices throughout their learning journey, helping them build the knowledge, skills, and behaviours required to achieve their Engineering Operative Apprenticeship Standard. You'll provide coaching, mentoring, workplace observations, progress reviews, and assessment support to ensure apprentices remain engaged, make strong progress, and successfully complete their programme.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong engineering maintenance background who enjoys developing others and making a positive impact on future talent.

+ Warminster
+ Bulford
+ Bovington
