Job Summary:

The role is within The Salvation Army 17-bed Assessment Hub, Howard House. You will work collaboratively within the Hub, developing the servicesโ€™ multi-agency approach and supporting residents to progress on their individual journeys through the stages of the Isle of Wight Homelessness Pathway.

Key Responsibilities: As Apprentice Support Worker you will work towards over a 21 month fixed term contract. You will learn to develop and deliver a high-quality person-centred programme of support, promoting clientโ€™s strengths, independence and choice. You will learn the necessary skills to address client support needs, enable them to achieve positive life changes and ultimately empower them to lead fulfilling lives.
