The role is to support the team and undertake the following duties:
* Searching / sourcing for candidates via direct advertising, job boards, social media and referrals
* Registering and interviewing new candidates to evaluate their skills, experience and career goals
* Conducting marketing activity to attract new candidates to register with TSR Ipswich Ltd
* Advertising vacancies in line with legal guidelines
* Conducting registrations ensuring legal paperwork and ID are taken and verified
