Key Responsibilities

• Provide support to the Perfumery and Beauty Documentation team (administrative and technical)
• Follow Standard Operational Procedures
• Daily review, distribution, coordination and follow-up of requests and tasks to the team
• Guarantee that documentation templates, internal material and folders are up to date
• Prepare standard documents and basic questionnaires for worldwide customers
• Use different internal software systems and Microsoft Office for daily work
