Job Summary

We're looking for a skilled, confident Appointment Setter to join our growing team. The primary focus of this role is making outbound calls to warm leads, engaging prospects over the phone, and booking qualified appointments. The ideal candidate is a natural communicator with a results‑driven mindset and experience working in fast‑paced, phone‑heavy environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Make high‑volume outbound calls to pre‑generated warm leads throughout the workday.
• Engage prospects in conversation, build rapport, and secure booked appointments.
• Manage and update lead records within the CRM system accurately and in real time.
• Send follow‑up text messages to prospects who don’t answer on the first attempt, directing them to a calendar booking link.
• Track and organize daily appointment schedules to keep the sales team’s calendar full.
