Job Summary
As an Appointment Setter at Ultra Cryo & Recovery, you will play a critical role in generating appointments, creating revenue opportunities, and delivering an exceptional first impression for our company. You will be responsible for engaging with new leads through phone calls, text messages, emails, and other approved outreach methods to schedule consultation appointments across all locations.
You will nurture relationships, educate prospects on our services, overcome objections, and guide individuals toward booking appointments that support their body contouring, facial rejuvenation, weight loss, and longevity goals.
Success in this role is measured by booking percentage, show percentage, speed-to-lead, activity levels, booking fee collections, CRM compliance, and overall contribution to company revenue goals.
