Applications Technician
Location: Queretaro, Mexico
Reporting to: R&D Manager
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Identifies, initiates, designs, directs and conducts research in the area of formulation and analytical chemistry, leading to the development and implementation of new products and analytical methods for the company.
- Maintains competency in up-to-date analytical chemistry, formulation techniques and chemical theory, and researches the feasibility of using this technology in the development and analysis of our products.
- Fulfills the role as a technical consultant/troubleshooter when formulation and analytical chemistry problems at R&D, plant or QC labs are beyond the scope of the plant/corporate personnel.
- Initiates, coordinates and oversees systems to improve testing and development efficiencies within the general technical team.
