Job Description
Responsibilities
- Provide advanced technical support to customers and internal teams, leading machine, process, and application troubleshooting while coordinating critical issues with regional stakeholders.
- Plan, execute, and qualify customer trials, experiments, and joint development projects (JDPs), ensuring successful implementation and validation of solutions.
- Conduct scientific and process analyses, interpret findings, and prepare comprehensive technical reports, proposals, and recommendations to support business decisions.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by contributing innovative ideas, monitoring technology and industry trends, and providing regional process and tool usage feedback to product teams.
