Mission & Responsibilities

You will be mainly working for one of our multinational customers that is famous in the alcoholic beverages industry. You will join our support team (level 1 and level 2) to monitor and do technical support for the EDI system we set up for our customerโ€™s Japanese branch. We also encourage our teams to go beyond this scope by doing more challenging technical tasks.

Your scope includes the following activities:

Monitoring related activities:

  • โ— Monitor the EDI system to make sure that every transaction is processed correctly. You will also track any unusual or suspicious behaviors to prevent issues in the future (proactive maintenance).

  • โ— Monitor the integration of transactions in our customerโ€™s ERP system (SAP) to check that all IDOC files have been integrated successfully.

  • โ— Analyze and process all notification alerts to identify the error and its root cause.
