Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

  • Provide general application support, troubleshooting and resolving basic technical issues.

  • Assist in the resolution of more complex issues under the guidance of senior team members.

  • Learn and utilize our ticketing system to track and manage support requests.

  • Execute routine tasks and procedures as assigned.

  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of support activities.
