We are working with a leading financial services organisation seeking an experienced Application Development & Support Manager to oversee the delivery, support, and continuous improvement of critical business applications, including core banking platforms.

This role combines hands-on technical oversight with leadership responsibility, ensuring high availability, performance, and strategic development across application services.
