Experience supporting applications related to: Lobbyworks (Workforce Monitoring). Watchlist. Building and Facilities Security Systems. Physical Access Control solutions for financial institutions. Hands-on experience with: Python, SQL. Unix/Linux. Web Services. REST/SOAP APIs. ServiceNow, StarFleet. AppDynamics. Understanding of Application Support processes, including Incident, Problem, and Change Management in production environments. Basic knowledge of financial products and the financial services business. Experience using monitoring, reporting, and issue-tracking tools.
