Job Description
Key Deliverables:
- Provide second-level application support and incident resolution
- Analyze and troubleshoot database issues using SQL
- Administer applications and automate tasks in UNIX/Linux
- Configure and monitor AWS cloud services for application hosting
- Collaborate with development teams for issue resolution
- Implement ITSM processes for incident and change management
- Document support procedures and train Level 1 teams
- Participate in on-call rotation and handle urgent requests
