Job Description

As our highly valued Application Support Engineer based in Brisbane, you playa critical role providing technical support, expertise,
leadership, co-ordination and guidance to deliver secure and
reliable Core Banking, Payment and Lending services to our customers.
We enable technologies and services that maintain compliance, improve
service consistency and reliability, reduce risk, and deliver on new features
that make our customers lives easier.


You’ll make an impact by:  


  • Supporting our critical Core Banking platform, with a focus on achieving our high SLAs through well executed system design and implementation.
  • Interface with vendor, business representatives and technical specialists, projects, end-users and management and apply expert Core Banking technical advice to translate business requirements and change requests into appropriate and efficient Core Banking outcomes.
