Job Description
MRI is hiring an Application Support Analyst to deliver technical solutions and consultancy for our software applications. Based in Cape Town, you will work UK hours (09:00–17:30 BST/GMT) with UK holidays observed in lieu of SA holidays.
You will develop expertise across the Social Housing product suite, provide troubleshooting and ticket resolution, and contribute to a knowledge base while maintaining strong client relations and SLA adherence.
