Application Support Analyst (Shift Required)

The Mission

We are looking for an Application Support Analyst , to join our 24/7 banking operations team. In this role, you will keep our critical financial applications stable, fast, and reliable. Working in a 3-team shift rotation, you will monitor live systems, troubleshoot application errors, and fix batch processing issues before they impact our banking operations.

Your Shift Playbook Monitoring & Incident Response

• Monitor Live Systems: Use Splunk to track application health, analyze logs, and spot system errors early.
• Fix Batch Issues: Troubleshoot and resolve complex batch processing failures to meet strict banking deadlines (SLAs/SLIs).
• Find Root Causes: Investigate system failures deeply to find out why they happened and stop them from happening again.
