Job Description
We are seeking an Application Support Analyst to provide Level 2 functional and technical support across Master Data Management, market data platforms, pricing services, and risk management systems. This role serves as a bridge between IT and business teams, supporting users across Trading, Risk, Middle Office, Accounting, and related functions. It requires strong troubleshooting skills, a solid understanding of commodities trading and market data workflows, and the ability to support data quality, integrations, curve management, and risk analytics processes. The role also contributes to data governance, operational data quality initiatives, continuous improvement, documentation, and user support in a global, cross‑functional environment.
